In the rubber product industry, the rubber roller is a special product of Igor. It has a wide range of uses, has different technical requirements for the rubber, and has a complex use environment. In terms of processing, it belongs to a thick product, and the rubber must not have pores, impurities and defect. In addition, the product must be joined with the steel shaft, so the bonding between the glue and the shaft core is also very important.

At present, the more advanced and mature rubber roller production technology is winding type. Our company has developed a set of advanced winding forming special equipment. The advancement and advantages of the rubber roll winding forming process are as follows.

1. Reduce labor intensity and improve labor productivity.

The traditional process is to press the rubber into sheets on the open mill, and then wrap it on the shaft core. Four people with a specification of Φ80x1000 produce an average of 20 rubber rollers per shift. The chrome-plated roller manufacturer and the winding process from feeding to rubber roller forming are continuously temperature-regulated, pressurized and exhausted, and then the dense rubber is discharged directly under high temperature and high pressure. Winding and forming on the required workpiece, the whole process only needs 2 people to operate the computer to complete, and 3 people can complete 70-90 cots per shift to produce the same specifications as the above.

2. The qualified rate of finished products is as high as 100%

The rubber material discharged from the gluing system is dense and free of bubbles, and the forming and winding are carried out under uniform external force. Therefore, the affinity between the glue and the shaft core is much greater than that of other processes, and the qualified rate of finished products can reach 100%.

3. Reduce material consumption and reduce production process

In the traditional production process, the rubber roller needs to be tightly wrapped with water before vulcanization. When the Shore A hardness of the rubber material is above 80 degrees, it needs to be wrapped with iron wire. The use of the winding process by the chrome-plating roller manufacturer can reduce this part of the cost and labor, and this alone can save more than 100,000 yuan in iron wire costs per year.
