Roller refers to a cylindrical and rotatable object in mechanical equipment. Common power devices (such as electric motors) in mechanical equipment drive the rollers to push other raw materials forward, texturize chrome plating or use rollers to form working pressure to produce and process raw materials.

Classification of rollers:

Roller diameter selection: 25mm, 32mm, 38mm, 42mm, 50mm, 57mm, 60mm, 76mm, 80mm, 89mm. Roller material selection: carbon steel hot-dip galvanizing, carbon steel stainless steel, carbon steel plastic-coated, aluminum alloy profiles, stainless steel plates, ABS, etc. Selection of roller types: non-driving rollers, polypeptide chain rollers, hairpin rollers, "O" belt rollers, tapered rollers, grooved rollers. Roller fixing method: spring-yellow pressing type, inner tooth type, full flat tenon type, through shaft pin hole type.

According to the production process: injection molding stick, pressing bachelor, casting roll, etc.;

According to the main purpose of the effect: heating roller, cooling roller, take-off roller, idler, etc., according to the structure, it is divided into seamless tube roller, forging and suction filtration casting roller, etc.

Roller production rules:

1. The roller should have a satisfactory stiffness to ensure that the bending deformation does not exceed the allowable value under the light load effect.

2. The surface of the roller should have a satisfactory strength, generally above the HRC50 degree, and has a strong anti-corrosion ability. The coating has the ability to resist falling, and the chrome-plated roller ensures that the surface of the roller has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance during the operation of the roller.

3. In the roller operation, the surface should be produced and processed in detail to ensure the standard precision and surface roughness. The surface roughness of the chrome-plated roller should be above Ra0.16, and there should be no air holes or grooves. The thickness of the surface in the roller operation should be uniform, otherwise the temperature of the roller surface will be uneven, which will endanger the quality of the product.

4. The raw material of the roller should have excellent heat transfer, generally use chilled pig iron, in special cases use cast steel or molybdenum-chromium carbon steel, whether it is heating or cooling, it can be sensitive and uniform.
