The cooling roll is also called the non-condensing cooling roll. On the basis of the traditional cooling roller, it is improved, so that the two ends of the cooling roller will not condense due to the low temperature of the cooling water, and then it will not cause damage to the hot material.

The chrome-plating roller adopts the unique structural design and advanced heat exchange technology, which can sensitively transfer the heat absorbed in the working area to both ends, which not only accelerates the heat transfer, but also makes the temperature difference between the hot rollers and the roller surface larger, thereby accelerating the production. It can also ensure the uniform temperature of the roll surface and improve the product quality; in addition, because the cold water does not directly contact the roll body, the temperature of both ends of the cooling roll is only slightly lower than the temperature of the working area, which can be kept above the dew point temperature, so the roll can eliminate the body The condensed water at both ends greatly improves the product quality. 1. No condensation cooling roller for cast film

There is tensile deformation between the film coming out of the casting die and the electroless chromium plating roll. The film is consolidated and shaped using chill rolls. Therefore, the temperature uniformity of the cooling roll surface is very important. The design of the cooling roll is unreasonable, the temperature of the working area of the textured chrome-plated roll is often very high, the temperature difference between the film and the roll surface is small, and the cooling power is low; if the temperature of the cooling water drops, the temperature of the non-working area of the roll will also drop, which may cause condensation , which seriously affects the film quality and product qualification rate. Condensation-free cooling rolls solve this technical challenge.

2. Paper-plastic composite non-condensing cooling roll

In the process of paper-plastic lamination, when the ambient temperature is high, the non-working area of the cooling roller is likely to be lower than the dew point, and the condensation will cause the paper to be damp, deformed or even cracked, which seriously limits the quality and efficiency of the product. The non-condensing cooling roll not only improves product quality and efficiency, but also simplifies production operations due to its non-condensing nature.

3. Non-condensing cooling roller for car laminated glass

Laminated composite glass is made of multi-layer glass and PVB central film through high temperature and high pressure, which has high impact resistance and permeability resistance. The non-condensing cooling roller is used for the film drawing process of PVB film. It can process flat, curved and other anisotropic radian films according to the process requirements, which can greatly improve the product quality and speed up the production speed.
